Natalie serves as the Director of Human Resources for Elk Mountain Lumber, managing the HR back-office function for the combined portfolio companies.  Prior to her current role Natalie was the Human Resources Manager for the Lincoln Companies, joining the company in the summer of 2023.

Deeply involved in her community, Natalie serves on the Executive Board of the MISD Education Foundation as Secretary and Co-Chair of the Foundation’s largest annual fundraiser. She also volunteers with the National Charity League (NCL) Monarchs Chapter alongside her daughter, supporting local philanthropic initiatives.

Natalie has a BA from Sam Houston State University, has been married for over 20 years, and has three wonderful children. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing at home, spending time with family on the lake, and hunting.
