Glen serves as the Corporate Director of Health, Safety and Environmental for Elk Mountain Lumber, managing the safety and compliance functions for the combined portfolio companies.  Prior to his current role Glen was the Assistant Operations Manager – HSE for the Lincoln Companies, joining the company in November of 2015 as the General Manager of Lincoln Logistics before moving into the head office to take on the newly created role in HSE.  During his time at both positions he has focused the company on continuous improvement, effective benchmarking, and accountability within the management team to achieve exceptional results.

Prior to his time at Elk Mountain and Lincoln Lumber, Glen was a senior operations manager at the Pearland Plant for ShawCor and served in various other roles to include sales and logistics for large corporations based in the Houston area.  Additionally, Glen proudly served in the United States Army as an Infantryman for 8 years, deploying with the Special Operations Command to Afghanistan in 2004. 

Glen has a BS in Business from University of Phoenix and is currently chasing his MBA from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University where he will graduate in December 2025. 

Glen has been married for 20 years, has three wonderful children, and 2 grandchildren.  Glen also has a love for baseball, evidenced by his involvement with Oak Ridge High School baseball team and booster club, and he was a baseball coach on a nationally ranked youth travel team for several years.  In his free time Glen enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and playing golf whenever he can.
